OUR WEAPONS ARE SO BADASS WE HAVE TO FIGHT OURSELF

If that's not an occasion to ring the bell, I don't know what is.

The Pentagon is employing a $74 million mission to shoot down USA 193, a school bus sized spy satellite. 17,000 satellites have crashed onto the planet, but this is the first to ever be destroyed before entering Earth’s atmosphere. Sounds to me like someone’s going a little too far to cover their pay-per-view trail.

The rarity of vaporizing a friendly satellite and the improbable explanation of environmental concerns has drawn a lot of speculation and international interest. Some claim the attack on our own satellite is being used as a show of force towards Russia and China. Hope we don’t miss. We’d have to nuke Japan again. Fuckin’ cyclical nature of life.
