NASA has acknowledged that a 13 year-old German boy is right to correct their prediction that there is a 1 in 45,000 chance an asteroid will collide with Earth. The German child’s calculations are correct, and there is in fact a 1 in 450 chance the meteor will hit us. I think it’s safe to say this kid sucks at birthday parties, and NASA sucks at math.
NASA is currently calculating the odds that this kid will build a weapon to destroy us all. Suddenly those odds are looking better than the chances that we ever landed on the moon.
